Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any digital product, whether free or paid, from CHRYSTAL BRANDS EI (“Chrystal Brands”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to use the products solely for their intended purpose and in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement.
Your purchase, access to our website, and download or use of our products constitute your acceptance of this Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement and our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase, download or use our products.
LICENSE GRANT
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the purchased product for your own personal or business purposes, subject to the specific product description and license included with the product.
This license may permit you to:
- Use purchased manuals, templates and resources for your own business, professional or educational purposes.
- Edit and customise products where editing rights are expressly included.
- Add your own branding, content and information where applicable.
- Print completed materials for your own business or professional use.
- Use training materials to support your own courses or teaching activities where the product is intended for educators or trainers.
- Distribute completed, customised and non-editable copies only to your own enrolled students or clients where permitted by the intended use of the product.
All student or client copies must remain for the recipient’s personal or educational use and must not be sold, shared, edited, sublicensed, redistributed or used to create competing products.
Your purchase does not grant you ownership of the original product or intellectual property.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
All digital products, templates, training manuals, ebooks, illustrations, designs, layouts, graphics, branding elements, photographs, written content and other materials available through Chrystal Brands are created by or owned by CHRYSTAL BRANDS EI, unless otherwise stated.
All rights are reserved.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership, copyright or intellectual property rights to you. You are purchasing a limited license to use the material under the terms outlined in this Agreement.
You may not claim the original design, layout, template, content or intellectual property as your own.
PROHIBITED USES
Unless you have received prior written authorisation from Chrystal Brands, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing editable files, source files or download links with third parties.
- Sharing editable Canva links or templates with students, clients or other unauthorised persons.
- Uploading purchased files to public or private file-sharing platforms.
- Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing or reproducing the original product or any substantial part of it.
- Giving away purchased files as free downloads or bonuses.
- Uploading or selling the products on Etsy, Shopify, Creative Market, Gumroad, Amazon, Canva or any other marketplace or platform.
- Using the materials to create competing templates, digital products, courses or resources for resale.
- Modifying the original product and reselling or redistributing it as your own digital product.
- Removing copyright notices, ownership information or intellectual property notices.
- Claiming Chrystal Brands content, designs or materials as your own original creation.
- Transferring your license to another person, business or organisation.
Purchasing a product does not include resale rights, Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), white-label rights or the right to distribute the original files.
TRAINING MANUALS & EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
Certain Chrystal Brands products are specifically created for trainers, educators, academies and beauty professionals.
Where a product is intended for educational or training use, you may use the purchased material to support your own teaching or training activities.
You may provide your own students with completed, customised and non-editable versions of the material in printed or flattened digital format, where appropriate to the intended use of the product.
You may not:
- Provide students with the original editable template.
- Share the original Canva link or source files.
- Sell or redistribute the original manual or template.
- Give students permission to edit, duplicate or reuse the original source material.
- Resell the completed material as a standalone digital product or template.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your own training content, professional activities and use of the materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, health and safety requirements and professional standards in your country.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC LICENSES
Some Chrystal Brands products may have specific usage rights depending on their format and intended purpose.
For example:
- PDF-only products may be provided for personal, educational or business use only and may not be edited or redistributed.
- Editable templates may be customised within the intended platform, subject to the restrictions of this Agreement.
- Training kits may be used to support your own training activities where educational use is included.
- Bundles are licensed for the original purchaser and may not be separated and redistributed as individual digital products.
Where a product page or included license provides additional or more specific terms, those terms will apply to that particular product.
If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please contact us before using, sharing or distributing the material:
COMMERCIAL, RESELLING & EXTENDED RIGHTS
No resale or redistribution rights are included with a standard purchase.
If you wish to obtain additional rights to commercially reproduce, adapt, distribute or resell a product beyond the standard license, you must contact Chrystal Brands before doing so.
Additional fees and a separate written license or commercial agreement may apply.
No commercial resale, redistribution or extended licensing rights are granted without prior written authorisation and an applicable license agreement from Chrystal Brands.
LICENSE VIOLATION & ENFORCEMENT
Unauthorised use of Chrystal Brands products may constitute a breach of this Agreement and an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.
If we determine that a license violation has occurred, we reserve the right, where appropriate, to:
- Revoke your license immediately.
- Terminate access to purchased materials.
- Restrict future purchases.
- Request the removal of unauthorised copies or listings.
- Take appropriate legal action.
- Seek remedies available under applicable law, including compensation for damages and recovery of reasonable legal costs where permitted.
Chrystal Brands reserves the right to protect and enforce its intellectual property rights.
